Then click on “Submit New Paper”, fill the form and submit it. Please note that it is required to pay the initial fee before paper submission, according to the conference Registration Fees.

Register on the conference website first (Registeration Guide). Log in and click on “Services” on left side menu and select “Participants” and save it. After paying the fee at “Bills & Payments”, your registration is done.
*How to get a discount on the registration fees?
Students, group registrations and IEEE members are eligible for a discount according to the conference Registration Fees. To get the discount, you should select the relenant registration group on the time of registeration, and submit the required documents from “Send Documents” section after logging in. Should the incorrect registration group is selected during registration, it could be changed from “My Profile” after logging in.
